Talking about putting things into perspective… as I write this, the song “Cat’s in the Cradle” by Harry Chapin is running through my head. Admittedly I don’t know the true story behind the song; but I can’t help but wonder if Harry Chapin and his father, or perhaps his son, had the opportunity to travel together to such a magical place if that song would have ever seen the light of day. If you haven’t heard the song, it’s about a man who foolishly allowed life to get in the way of spending time with his son.
