Every Divine Destination Collection journey is hosted by its founders, Deb Niven and Allison Frame. Recognizing the growing demand for spiritual travel that transcends luxury or sightseeing, they combined their collective experience in the incentive and luxury travel space to create a Divine new way to see the world. Their vision? To redefine travel as a transformative experience—where luxury, adventure and spirituality meet.

From cultural immersion trips to secluded luxury wellness retreats, Deb and Allison ensure that every luxury getaway becomes an opportunity for self-discovery. Their hands-on approach — personally curating, planning, and hosting every luxury travel experience — ensures a level of warmth, fun and exacting attention to detail on every journey.

Deb is a true visionary, gifted at making connections that bring visions to reality. After spending a number of years in the travel industry, in 1986 she took on the role as the first employee at Wynford. Today, as co-owner, she has helped elevate Wynford to the status of Canada’s premier Meetings and Incentive Travel company.

Ever the entrepreneur, Deb’s passion for balance and spirituality also drove her to develop In The Spirit Yoga Studio and Wine Lounge whose tagline – where wellness meets wicked in joyful harmony – says it all.

Allison is a born explorer whose international upbringing sparked her passion for travel. Growing up with a father whose job moved the family from Canada to Mexico, Japan and the Caribbean instilled a deep-seated curiosity and an insatiable appetite for diverse cultures. 

In her professional life, Allison has been instrumental in Canada’s top Meetings & Incentive Travel companies, where she enhanced her expertise in crafting seamless travel experiences. Her extensive travel insights, combined with innate creativity, enable her to craft travel experiences that are not only steeped in luxury but also offer profound personal enrichment. At The Divine Destination Collection, Allison leverages this expertise to curate unique spiritual journeys that reveal the intrinsic beauty of each destination.
