After breakfast, ride a bike or hop on an electric cart through Viet Hai village – a peaceful remote enclave within Cat Ba Island. Exploring local life and Bhaya’s social impact projects like ‘Bhaya Community Farm’ and ‘Save the Langurs’. Our time aboard our luxury cruise has come to an end.  We depart this morning to continue our adventure to Hoi An.

Planes, Trains & Automobiles

Today is a travel-focused day as we journey from northern to central Vietnam. The experience is designed to be seamless and well-paced, beginning with our transfer back to Hanoi Airport in comfort followed by a 1.5-hour flight to Danang. From there, enjoy a scenic 45-minute drive to our home for the next three nights—a smooth, unhurried transition that carries us into the next chapter of our journey.

This evening, we arrive at the tranquil Namia River Retreat, where private villas nestled around koi ponds create an immediate sense of calm. This afternoon, we depart for a peaceful local pagoda and receive a traditional blessing from the resident Buddhist monk. From there, we’ll step into the storybook setting of UNESCO-listed Hoi An, exploring its lantern-lined streets on foot with expert guides. As you wander past ancient houses, assembly halls, and along the river’s edge, the town’s rich trading history and cultural influences come vividly to life—revealing why Hoi An is one of Vietnam’s most enchanting destinations.  And yes…there will be time for shopping!

We will dine in style at Morning Glory Restaurant, where every dish celebrates Central Vietnam’s rich flavors. From a reserved section of the terrace, enjoy sweeping views of the lantern-lit Thu Bồn River, as the gentle evening breeze and glowing lanterns create a feast for the senses all under a glorious moonlit sky.

From here, we transfer to Danang Airport for our return flights, carrying with us memories shaped by Vietnam’s landscapes, culture, and warm hospitality.
This is not a farewell to Vietnam, but a promise to remember it always. From emerald bays to lantern-lit streets, this remarkable journey has left an indelible mark on our hearts. We depart grateful, inspired, and forever connected by the experiences we’ve shared as members of The Divine Destination Collection Tribe.
